I’ve been using this for a couple weeks now, and the 6 grams of BCAA’s per scoop really help my recovery after heavy leg days. The powder mixes up clear and doesn’t leave that weird gritty texture I’ve had with others.
The mix dissolves way better than other powders I've tried, no clumps at the bottom of my shaker. Having both the BCAA and EAA blend in one scoop makes post-workout recovery feel streamlined.
