Total War Pump

The tingling from the beta-alanine kicks in fast, but without any jitters since there's no caffeine. Mixes clear and doesn’t clump, which is a nice change from my last pre-workout. Solid pump without the crash.

The 6 grams of L-citrulline really helps with the pump during my leg days, and I love that there's no caffeine jitters. It mixes easily with water and the beta-alanine tingle is noticeable but not overwhelming.
