I was hesitant about the underwire at first, but it's so well-padded that I forget it's even there—no poking or digging during my runs. The fabric also wicks sweat really well, keeping me dry through a full hour of HIIT.
The straps stay perfectly in place during my HIIT classes, and the fabric breathes well enough that I don't feel drenched after. I've finally found a sports bra that gives real support without digging in anywhere.
It is supportive enough for light yoga and walking, but I wouldn't rely on it for high-impact running. The fabric is comfortable and doesn't rub, though the band rolls up a bit after a couple of washes. It's fine for the price, just not as stable as I hoped.
